Since 1939, the Planned Parenthood Federation of America has targeted specifically, Black women and their children, aggressively promoting birth control and sterilization within their communities. Their ultimate goal of controlling the birthrate among Black Americans, known as The Negro Project, was fully realized after the legalization of abortion. Alan Guttmacher, then president of the organization and vice president of the American Eugenics Society, was considered (according to Henry Kissinger) “one of the most knowledgeable and active population suppression experts of all time". Guttmacher along with his successors, took calculated, “evidence based” steps to reach Black women.
The National Institutes of Health has stated: “No nation desirous of reducing its growth rate to 1% or less can expect to do so without the widespread use of abortion.” Currently, the Total Fertility Rate for Black America sits at 1.4, well below the 2.1 children per woman required to maintain current population levels.
Planned Parenthood, the nation’s leading abortion provider, has admitted to being a systemically racist, white supremacist organization that has caused significant reproductive harm to women of color. It is time for them, along with every corporation, foundation, and entity that contributed to this targeting, to be held accountable. We demand that every Black woman of childbearing age and above receive $300,000 in restitution for the harm inflicted.

According to First Alert 4, Teona McGhaw filed a lawsuit against Advocates of Planned Parenthood of the St. Louis Region & Southwest Missouri in April, after she was terminated from her position with the organization. McGhaw contends she was fired because she is Black; Planned Parenthood says it let her go because she was also serving as president of the National Women’s Political Caucus and the overlapping roles were a conflict of interest.
“When two white women did it — nothing happened to them,” said Rob Schultz with Schultz Law Group, McGhaw’s lawyer. “And it makes no sense for Planned Parenthood to say ‘that’s a conflict of interest,’ because what is the conflict of interest? They’re both — on the abortion issue — they’re both allied with each other.”

According to Plaintiff, PPGNY “required Plaintiff to endure a disproportionate number of background checks due to his age, race, color, disability, and gender.” Id. ¶ 47. Plaintiff claims that the number of background checks that he underwent was “far above” what “younger, Caucasian, and non-disabled prospective employees go through,” id. ¶ 48, and that PPGNY “did not require similarly situated younger, white, Caucasian, or female employees, to face this level of intrusive background checks, both in terms of sheer number and invasiveness,” id. ¶ 49, although Plaintiff does not identify any similarly situated employees. Plaintiff also claims that PPGNY and its board members, including Hagan, “forced Plaintiff to constantly defend himself against personal attacks by themselves and their employees relating to his character, experience, capabilities, and skillsets.” Id. ¶ 50.

Fisher reported ongoing mistreatments that included things like the clinic manager “berating” her for doing things necessary for her job. For instance, when Fisher wanted a urine test on a patient before prescribing birth control, a clinic manager slammed the urine down aggressively on her desk. She also alleged that her medical expertise was routinely questioned and she was not treated as a professional with an advanced degree. In fact, she says she was called a “pain in the ass” for speaking up.
Fisher also claimed that a supervisor said things like, “Now get back to work,” accompanied by a closed fist or a whip-cracking sound. The Inquirer also reported that Fisher said her interactions with the clinic manager were “emotionally draining,” but she continued on with the work in an effort to be a presence for the patients she treated as a Black woman.
At least two dozen people employed by Parenthood across the country have filed discrimination lawsuits against the non-profit. One report came from a Black woman who said she had been labeled “angry” while others involved Black employees claiming they were questioned and criticized more often than White employees.

Planned Parenthood Accepts Donations that Target Black Women
MAAFA21, the 2009 Documentary reveals terms like “population control” and “family planning” are code words for a genocidal effort aimed at minorities – primarily African-Americans. A clip of then president Faye Wattleton explains the organization's willingness to accept money strictly to further racially discriminatory goals.

"A Live Action investigator calls Planned Parenthood posing as a racist donor wanting to give a racially motivated donation intended to abort only black babies. The calls also reveal that many Planned Parenthood centers set up “women in need” or “justice” funds, designating money specifically for covering the cost of aborting minority children".
